The Ensign College Career Fair lets you meet with over 400 talented students and alumni from 20+ business-focused programs who have global perspective and a desire to make a difference.
Ensign develops the whole student by integrating professional skills with Christ-centered leadership and a focus on service.
Employer partners are encouraged to help coach students on their pitch, their resumes, and how to build professional networks. Your advice and participation change lives!
Fairs are limited to ~50 companies, ensuring strong interaction and maximum opportunity for impact

Location: Ensign College, Downtown Salt Lake City
Cost: $250 ($150 for non-profit participants)

Check In: Please arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 to allow check-in and to set up your table. We provide lunch for all employer attendees.
Parking Information:
Park in the garage at the corner of North Temple and 400 West.
Garage Entrance Address: 50 North 400 West
Important!
- Follow signs for Students/Visitor Parking
- Do not park in surface lots, they are monitored and ticketed
Directions to Our Building:
- After parking, take the elevator or stairs to Level P4
- Walk east to the Ensign College West Entrance
In-Person Interviews: Three shared interview rooms are available during the fair. Ask the Registration Desk for help with these rooms.
Review Your Handshake Registration:
Make sure your company profile and event registration on Handshake are complete and accurate. Students use Handshake to research and identify which employers visit.
New! Handshake Student Check-In:
Ensign College now supports student check-in via QR code at your table.
- A QR code will be provided at your booth on the day of the event.
- Please encourage students to scan the code when they visit your table.
- After the fair, you’ll be able to view and download a list of students who checked in, including their public profiles and resumes (if available).
