The Ensign College Career Fair lets you meet with over 400 talented students and alumni from 20+ business-focused programs who have global perspective and a desire to make a difference.
Ensign develops the whole student by integrating professional skills with Christ-centered leadership and a focus on service.
Employer partners are encouraged to help coach students on their pitch, their resumes, and how to build professional networks. Your advice and participation change lives!
Fairs are limited to ~50 companies, ensuring strong interaction and maximum opportunity for impact

Coming to Career Fair? Here's What You Need to Know.

Check In: Please arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 to allow check-in and to set up your table. We provide lunch for all employer attendees.

Parking: Park in the garage at the corner of North Temple and 400 West. The garage entrance is at 50 North 400 West. Follow the signs for student/visitor parking (do not park in the surface lots, or they will ticket you). You will find a map showing the parking garage and the location of the west entrance at Ensign Parking Map . Take the elevator or stairs to level P4 and walk east to the Ensign College West Entrance. Our location is convenient to Frontrunner and TRAX if you prefer public transportation.

In-Person Interviews: Three shared interview rooms are available during the fair. Ask the Registration Desk for help with these rooms.

Maximizing Event Impact: Please review your Handshake Registration for the Event. If your information in Handshake is not complete and accurate, it may impair your success in connecting with students since they use Handshake to identify companies to approach.

Capturing Student Data: Handshake now supports student check-in at your booth. Ensign will provide a student check-in QR code at your table. Please encourage students to check in via the QR Code at your table. Your Handshake account will show students who checked in at your table during the Career Fair. After the fair, you can download information about these students, including profile information and public resumes.
