Rob Garrett
Rob Garrett was raised in Mesa, Arizona. His family later moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah, where he met his wife, Kaylyn, while attending high school.
Rob served a full-time mission in the Wisconsin Milwaukee Mission. He later earned a BS degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, an MBA from Utah State University, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership in Higher Education from Grand Canyon University.
Rob began working at BYU-Idaho in the Admissions Office in 2002 where he eventually oversaw the Enrollment Services division. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Vice President of Executive Strategy and Planning.
Rob has served in the Young Men organization, the elders quorum, the Sunday School, the Primary, and as a bishop. He is currently serving as a YSA stake president.
Rob’s personal interests include spending time with his family, skiing, reading, biking, basketball, and hiking. Rob and Kaylyn live in Rexburg, Idaho, are the parents of six children, and are excited to welcome their first grandchild in October.
