He said, "I thought it would be a good way for me to connect with digital skills, and then that's happening. I've put together some things I never imagined I could have done in the past." Despite being older than the typical college student, Gus always felt in the right place at Ensign College. “The teachers are amazing,” he said. “They're always helpful and willing to help. I think they are even excited to have someone with a little bit more experience in their class. I think the classmates feel the same. They are all open to work with me on assignments and in work groups, and I think they are excited to have to have to have someone with more experience that they can share. It's been great to be able to engage with this young group, and I even feel like I am a 25-year-old kid sometimes.”

And learning how to deal with social media marketing has also been great. It is something new for me."
