Guidelines to Prevent the Spread of Illness
As capable and trusted disciples of Jesus Christ, all members of our campus community have a responsibility to be respectful and considerate to others. To prevent the spread of illness on campus, the following guidelines are recommended:
- Wear a high-quality mask if you are feeling unwell or are susceptible to infection.
- Wash your hands regularly with anti-bacterial soap. Use hand sanitizer.
- Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing, using your elbow or a tissue – not your hands.
- Avoid touching your face whenever possible.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces before and after use.
- Practice good hygiene and keep your living and workspaces clean.
- Improve ventilation in your home to reduce the spread of airborne illnesses.
- Stay up-to-date on vaccinations, including for the flu and COVID-19.
