Excel
Online, with desktop downloads of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Outlook, are free to students for the duration of enrollment. Register at  Ensign College Microsoft Online portal  . Use the Install Office apps dropdown link to download desktop versions. Desktop versions are synced to O365 and kept up to date. Please use this version of Microsoft Excel for BAP 115.

Kurzweil 3000
A text-to-speech software with many powerful tools for reading, studying, and writing. Key features include: text-to-speech in 18 languages and dialects (reading any digital text aloud, including the internet); translations to 70+ languages; built-in dictionary, thesaurus, and spell-checker; note tools (like highlighters and sticky notes); ability to create study guides, graphic organizers, and bibliographies; and more. This free tool is available to all current Ensign College students and staff. To access your account, go to  https://www.kurzweil3000.com  , click “forgot password” and enter your Ensign College email. Follow instructions in the email to learn your username and set your password.

Students are eligible for a 1-year free license to this desktop accounting program. Register using your Ensign College email at the Intuit  education site . You may continue to renew the license as long as you are an active student.

Revit
Students may download this professional building information modeling software with a free, 1-year license at the AutoDesk  education site .

Sketch Up Pro
Students can purchase for a 1-year license to use this 3D modeling software for the significantly discounted rate of $55.00/year by registering at the  Sketch Up site . Any updates released within the terms of the license will be emailed to the student. SketchUp Free is an online version for drawing, but not modeling, and will not be sufficient for interior design coursework.

Spark
Comes included as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. Register  here  using your Ensign College email address for just $19.99 a month.

Tableau
This data analytics and visualization tool is available to students for a 1-year free license with registration at the Tableau  academic portal .

Word
