Fernanda first learned about the College from her sister and soon came because of the skills-based learning, affordable price and the short time it would take to start her career quickly.
In addition, Fernanda loved the spiritual learning she gained at LDSBC. Learning in a spiritual setting affects the process of learning because you are learning in the Lord's way, she said. The prayer before every class invites the spirit to be with you and inspires us to learn more with the spirit present.
Devotionals were a special time each week that gave Fernanda many answers to her prayers as she felt the spirit of the speakers.
LDS Business College gave Fernanda even more opportunities to network and meet people. She was able to serve in many ways and she still continues to serve through her work. The College helped her to grow in knowledge and character.
