LDS Business College held its annual Fall Career Fair last Thursday the 8th, organized by the Career Services department. Thirty-four different employers came and met over 350 students throughout the day.
It was a great opportunity for students to meet possible future employers, hand out resumes and explore opportunities. These are some of the companies that came:

As part of the event, a professional photographer came to take free LinkedIn pictures for all students throughout the day.
Students were encouraged to dress professionally, bring copies of their resumes and have their Handshake profile complete. Students that did all of this had the chance to enter a raffle to win an iPad and other giveaways.
Career Services always strive to create and prepare opportunities to find jobs for students. They teach how to dress professionally, offer mock interviews, review your resume and coach you to get a good job. Events like this facilitate the circumstances for students to meet their future employees and give good impressions.
