He spent the next 45 minutes teaching about the word of God and the necessity of feasting upon His words.
Brother Pinegar spoke of “The Book of Mormon” and its central part of the plan as it is the keystone of the gospel. “It’s delicious. It’s yummy. It’s joy,” he said with his kind smile and a sparkle in his eye. “You cannot starve your soul.”
Later, he encouraged the students to feast upon the word as it “Is the only way you can truly keep your covenants,” he said. “The feeling of the spirit is up to you to be prepared to feel of the spirit and hear of it’s words.”
Feast upon the word. Treasure the word. Live the words of God.
