To keep your faith strong, make sure you put time and effort into doing the little things, such as saying your prayers, reading the scriptures, partaking of the sacrament, attending devotionals, and making good choices. These efforts will help you remain in the boat, said Don. Ask yourself, “If I have had the desire to serve God, do I feel so right now?”
Don said one of the biggest desires of his heart is to keep the desire to serve God in his heart and mind. As he tries each day to do his very best by doing the small things, he wants to look back someday and find himself a saint who has done much good.
