President and Sister Kusch help out at BC Café

LDS Business College President Bruce Kusch and his wife Alynda helped – and surprised for the third time – those who came into BC Café Friday.

The engaging couple donned aprons, hair-nets and gloves as they learned from student employees how to prepare various meals in the kitchen. They quickly learned their tasks and were able to help fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

When LDS Business College moved to the Triad Center in 2006, food services were provided through The Carriage Café. In 2013, the café was renamed BC Café.

Not only is it a nutritious staple for students who need affordable yet high-quality food, it is frequented by employees working in the KSL building and adjacent offices near the College.

Serving everything from healthy salads to bacon burgers, BC Café is a popular place for students to hang out and grab a meal. Especially when those meals happen to be prepared by President and Sister Kusch.
