Just as Rohini Krishnan knows the scriptures are true, she also knows the importance of not worrying too much about the future. While she views life with mortal eyes, she knows that the Lord can see the bigger picture.
“I have come to realize that no matter what we have decided or what vision we have for ourselves, the Lord will always guide us,” she said. “He knows what is best for us. He sees the bigger picture that we all fail to see sometimes.”
Rohini also urged those at the devotional not to overthink life and worry too much. “The Lord has a better plan for you, even better than the plan you have for yourself,” she said. “I feel my Savior’s love in the beautiful smiles I see, in the beautiful hugs I receive, and in the friends that I’ve made from all over the world. I trust that my Savior will help guide me.”
