Computers will help support engaged, deep learning through enhanced collaboration and group learning. Laptops will support research and homework activities and facilitate better student organization, planning and scheduling.
Utilizing personal notebook computers and the College network, some classes will no longer need printed textbooks.
Additionally, students will be able to print to shared campus printers directly from their laptop.
Increased familiarity with computer hardware and software will also enhance students’ ability to be employable and contribute immediately in the workplace.
