“If I take the time to do what is right,” said Sonya, “I will not only have more time, but that my success is guaranteed.” She knows that this is the time for her to prepare, and believes that as long as she stands for righteous desires, things will workout for her.
Sonya said that the Book of Mormon is a divine book for her and she treasures to be a member of the church. As President Hinckley once invited the audience to define what are the things they will stand for, Sonya invited the students to decide what they will stand for. “Now is the time for us to stand up for who we are, she said.”
