Comments are welcome during accreditation process

As part of LDS Business College’s regular accreditation process, the College will be hosting representatives from the Northwest Commissions on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) October 5-7. The NWCCU accreditation team will meet with students, faculty and staff to perform a comprehensive evaluation for the College’s Year Seven Self-Evaluation process. The College is currently accredited by NWCCU. Continued accreditation means that the College meets the commission’s established standards of educational quality and effectiveness for student learning and achievement.

LDS Business College, which will become Ensign College on September 1, 2020, seeks to provide its students with empowering learning experiences in an uplifting environment. As an entity of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the College aims to strengthen testimonies while helping students develop market-ready skills. To ensure program offerings will aid students in successful learning and achievement opportunities, the College follows standards for success outlined by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and coordinates with the Northwest Commission regularly through a process called accreditation.

The public is invited to submit comments regarding LDS Business College’s qualifications for accreditation. To remain relevant for this year’s site visit, please submit comments by September 1, 2020. Comments should be in writing, signed and submitted to the following address:
