Ensign Students Make Great Employees
Trusted. Prepared. Professionals.

Recruit at a Career Fair
We hold a career fair every fall and winter semester. Over 40 percent of the student body typically attends. Degree-seeking students are required to complete an internship before graduation. Most of the students attending a career fair are looking for opportunities to get experience in their field. Participate in a Career Fair.

Host a Tour or Meeting
Hold an on-campus lunch-and-learn to present your company and the qualifications and experience you look for in job candidates. Another option is to invite students to visit during a company tour. Both the tour and lunch-and-learns give students an inside view of your company, industry, and culture. We also welcome you to conduct on-campus recruiting in our private interview rooms.
Be a Career Mentor
Consult with students one-on-one to help them prepare for a career in your field. You can also reserve a time to promote your company, recruit students, and conduct interviews on campus.
Provide Projects for Students
Have a project or problem to solve? Let our students work on it for you! Our curriculum focuses on real-world projects in a variety of fields. You can provide a project for a specific class, or you can work with an internal team of students working in a project-based internship.
Ensign College uses Handshake for student employment, traditional internships, and entry-level career opportunities. Don't have a Handshake account? See how to create one and post a job here.
For alumni connections and career opportunities that require more experience, we use Ensign Connect.
If you don't need a traditional intern, consider working with Ensign students in a project-based internship. Here, a cross-functional team of students works on a specific project for your company.
