Students being helped by faculty
Our Services
Counseling Services offers a variety of helps to students, as well as the greater campus community.

Individual counseling
Students are able to have short-term therapy for free through the school. During the initial appointment, the counselor will work with the student to determine the best resources, support, and services to support their needs (ongoing counseling at Ensign College, referral to another resource on campus, referral to an off-campus resource, etc.). Sometimes one appointment may be all that a student needs. If ongoing brief counseling is needed, students will be expected to regularly attend sessions that are scheduled and show an active effort to work during the counseling sessions and between sessions.

Counseling appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling (801) 524-1995
or emailing .
Interview Questions and Answers
A variety of drop-in workshops are offered on a variety of topics, including stress management, time management, healthy relationships, and more. Available times can be found through the online campus calendar .

Self-help options
A variety of self-help pages have been created, including various tips and other resources.

Consultation and outreach
Counseling Services is also available to provide outreach services to faculty, student organizations, College departments, and ecclesiastical leaders. Contact the Manager of Counseling directly for questions in these areas.
