Our Services

Individual Counseling
Free, short-term therapy is available for students. Counseling appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Workshops
We offer workshops each semester on topics such as stress management, time management, healthy relationships, and more.

Emotional Resilience Groups
Follow the Church's self-reliance program for emotional resilience to respond to challenges in healthy ways.

Consultation and Outreach
We also provide outreach services to faculty, student organizations, college departments, and ecclesiastical leaders. Contact the Manager of Counseling directly for questions in these areas.

Joshua A. Sillitoe

Manager of Counseling

Joshua A. Sillitoe graduated from Brigham Young University in Psychology and received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He previously worked with a few community health agencies, LDS Family Services, and his own counseling private practice. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickleball with his wife, hiking, and reading thought-provoking books.

Lyndie Kamalamalama

Lyndie Kamalamalama has a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She received the National Certified Counselor (NCC) Certification from the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). She has a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Wellness, with a double minor in Family Life and Gerontology. She enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, and playing games with her family.
sister sherry clarke

Sister Sherry Clarke, MA, LCMFT

Sister Clarke is a full-time missionary in the Utah Salt Lake Headquarters Mission. She has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice for thirty years and is a Certified ADHD Coach. She enjoys playing pickleball, community and church involvement, live musicals and theatre, and time with family and friends.
