• Classes include students from across the world, providing global perspectives and connections. Each is guided by an adjunct professor who will partner with you.

Project Types:

Employer-Driven Projects: Define a project based on a real business challenge or opportunity. You'll help guide the scope, engage with students throughout the process, monitor progress, and receive a final presentation and report tailored to your objectives.

Curriculum-Integrated Projects: Partner with Ensign College faculty to provide a hands-on project for a specific course. Many employers teach or co-mentor these experiences, helping students connect classroom learning with real-world application
